Of course! While you wont want to, We understand things happen! Just pause or cancel by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged on the 1st. Dont worry, you can still use your benefits for the rest of the month. AND you can resume your membership at anytime. If your membership payment declines, any upcoming appointments will be cancelled and your account will be blocked until the month missed is paid. Once payment is recieved, we will happily resume your membership.
Your free service credit does not roll over and must be used each month.
Your free service credit can only be applied to 1 of the select appointments. If you no show or cancel last minute, the credit will be applied to pay the service provider. Please follow our cancellation/no show policy when scheduling
We love sharing the LOVE! While members may not share their Free Service Credit; They may bring guests at 20% off the guests service.
Absolutley! You will get 1 free service enhancement (applied at checkout) with your service, but any additonal will be charged at checkout for 20% off.
