Your membership renews one month from the date you enroll. Your monthly payment will automatically be charged to the card on file. If your payment cannot be processed, all membership benefits will be paused until your payment is successfully completed.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please make sure your cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. There are no refunds for unused membership benefits.

You can pause your membership if you’re unable to use your benefits. Please note that unused credits cannot be rolled over. We’re open seven days a week, and it will always be our priority to help you find a time that works for you. There are no refunds on unused membership benefits
